Choosing to Love 2026: A Community of Practice with Tara Brach

These are shadowed times—marked by hostility, cruelty and profound delusion.  Many of us feel overwhelmed, frightened and disconnected—from our own hearts, from each other, and from the living world around us.

Yet, even in the midst of this suffering, there remains a wellspring of presence and love within us. This innate capacity not only carries us through, it empowers us to participate in the healing our world so deeply longs for.

This yearlong experience with Tara Brach invites you to nurture that inner refuge while walking alongside others in a vibrant and caring community. Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness and compassion can become steady companions—helping us meet life with clarity, kindness, and courage in our daily lives.

Friends—the multi crises in this world come from forgetting our belonging.  Let’s help each other remember!

How the Program Works

Each month, you’ll gather live with Tara for teachings and guided practices that bring the heart of awakening into your personal life, and our larger society. We’ll reflect on the challenges of our times and explore pathways to resilience, loving presence and wise action. View the Program Schedule
