By accessing the website or enrolling in courses in the Radical Compassion Institute/Tara Brach LLC (“the Institute”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the Institute are the sole property of Tara Brach LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Any claim relating to the Institute’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Institute Owner’s home jurisdiction (Virginia, USA) without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Refund Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with an on-demand course offered through the Radical Compassion Institute, you may request a refund up to 90 days from purchase. This policy applies to on-demand courses only and does not include live workshops or special events or courses. You may view specific policies and limits for these events on the registration page for the event.
